IMO the same old, same old is still happening. Confirmation of the top 20 later this week will be interesting.
That is the only way the US institutions can own and increase their ADRs holding, The alternative is to do a deal to borrow the ADRs, then they have to eventually return them.
The Big Boys are in full control.
