    A couple of less dilutive avenues favourable to me would be a rights issue and a sneaky free attaching option or someone with deep pockets willing to negotiate a royalty. If someone took on a royalty for funding to complete both PG and RH through to mine development it would be a signed sealed and delivered conviction for hvy. Prosperous times ahead imo.
