Based on my estimates, I reckon the CSR share price after the return of capital ex-date ( ie 10 Feb.) is fairly worth about $1.56.

Before the ex-date, a reasonable price should be closer to $2.00 (ie $1.56 + 0.4357 cents per share).

In my view, this means the current share price prior to the ex-date is undervalued.
