my guess is a signed and binding exergen JV would take the MNM SP back to 12c+.
8.8c MNM today indicates that the market has given up on the JV happening.
it's up to MNM and exergen now - they either sign the JV and move forward, or explain why the JV is not being formalised in time to get the CR away.
the market is up 50 points today. a BM JV ann would have gone down very well at 10 am this morning.
my guess is a signed and binding exergen JV would take the MNM...
