If it were to go that way Tiger....based on the new ASX rules, the company will go into suspension for at least 2-3 months due to changing of company activities. CR required, EGM called, share holder sign off, prospectus issued, re compliance with chapter's 1 and 2 then re list. Going through it now with CR8 - but is well worth the wait if LCR gets the right acq.
