don't forget the continuing class action being run against SIP. This may constrain the directors from implementing a sizeable capital return to shareholders to (a) either cover any settlement, or (b) cause financiers to provide unattractive debt packages to the business.

BTW - also need to factor in selling costs to Aspen which would reduce the $900m (although despite this, i think the company is undervalued on present prices)

ok disclosure - i hold significant holding of SIP stock, so please don't think this is down ramping as I would like to see the stock move up from current positions, but am putting this comment out there, just so that shareholders do not bail if there is not a significant capital return to investors in the near term.

I continue to hold because the company is undervalued irrespective of the capital return.
