    They will not excercise their options until it expire in December 2023 at 2 year anniversary from the date it received the options.

    Just like you and me, if you hold options that are in the money, would you excercise them now and pay a sum of money now or you wait till near its expiration day? Why don't you wait to sp = $4 or $5 or higher to excercise at 70c?

    THEY WILL NOT EXCERCISE THOSE OPTIONS UNTIL END OF 2023. SIMPLE AS THAT.
