@Eamonh - I accept what you say is a possibility. It would probably depend a lot on the wording of the option agreement. It could be that the exercise price can be set now, but the exercise period will not commence until December 2023.

@Tran - to clarify your post, LDA have four years to exercise the options (December 2025). I had thought that the exercise period (i.e., the period when LDA can pay the exercise price to acquire the shares) would not commence until the two year anniversary (December 2023). However, there now appears some ambiguity around the start of the exercise period.
