Congratulations to our 3 directors: Bryan Granzien, Paul Cholakos, and Jon Parker.
All their 16mil options are today in the money.
It was last year at EGM:
- Bryan was awarded 6mil options.
> 2mil at excercise price of 25c
> 2mil at excercise price of 35c
> 2mil at excercise price of 50c
- Paul and Jon each was awarded 5mil options to be converted to ordinary shares:
> 1mil at excercise price of 15c
> 1mil at excercise price of 25c
> 1mil at excercise price of 35c
> 2mil at excercise price of 50c.
Bryan has 2mil shares, plus 6mil shares to be converted from his options = 8mil shares and that puts him in top 10 share holders position for now.
They all deserve it.
I have many times pointed out to many other shareholders last year that when management team were happy to acquire options at 35c and 50c excercise price instead of performance shares they must see a share price many times multiple of it. If you buy and hold options rather than shares of a stock, you must expect 10-bag, 20-bag rewards. I wouldn't hold options if I don't expect at least 1000% potential.
