with the strong run in the stock price, is it possible, that the resource upgrade and or offtake agreement is already factored into the stock price currently? i have seen heaps of companys where the stock surges BEFORE an announcement, and than when the announcement is released to the market, the stock does nothing and everyone is scratching their head, its because the good news was already factored in with the run up before the anticipated announcement, could this be the case with HIO or absolutely not?
If/when we get the resource upgrade/ offtake agreement, HIO is surely surge again on this news right?
