I don't honestly believe its retails traders, yes some of it is but the vast majority of the trades going through are a couple of professional brokers manipulating and trading the crap of HIO, why or how is way over my head, but its been going on for ages now, same pattern prices gets pushed up a bit then sold down, all weird small amounts then a few big ones, often the sells.
