for me the reason I won't buy HIO at any cost is because I am exhausted. I had to sell off some other worse shares to reduce my margin exposure. I don't have any more free funds to risk. The markets are coming down all around. I simply cannot buy more HIO without selling other stock (which I dont want to sell).
i believe others will be under similar pressure
