It is not a good deal for HIO but Bryan team will have to take it as a lesson and move on and never turn back to LDA i hope.

Hi Tran, May I ask how you know this? I understand this agreement is complicated but I thought it was at Hawsons discretion if they draw more funds and issue more shares not the other way around, also we still don’t know how the MAP is determined or how much it is
