LDA could in fact take more shares, which would therefore cancel any need for that.
I think people need to get their head around things to understand what this money is being used for.....
As for your comment about announcements being removed.......it's a ridiculous comment to make! I just downloaded the December announcement direct from the ASX website in about 30 seconds!!
