Perception of competence is hard to pull off when an audit trial speaks otherwise. I think holders agree to take the rough and tumble of SP on funding, however a 105mil MC drop for a subpar discounted 10mil doesn't stack up. thankfully only applied for a quarters cashflow. the SP needs to get to $1 to adequately raise funds (allowing for pullbacks) and SH interests on dilutions. historically riding out dips is ok but as we get to the pointy end of BFS and cap ex, artificially tanking SP makes no sense. I'm up for a discounted retail offer next round. rather pay direct than buy off LDA and fatten their coffers.
