Not sure i agree they're in a better position. Cash burnt and needs to be replenished. Massive reputational damage, and trust issues for both shareholders and any potential partners/customers. I'd be shocked if by the time the AGM is over if heads haven't rolled, so for me, it's a total reset with significant challenges to overcome. We're back to early 2021 for mine, and i think the SP will reflect that soon enough.
