    They only raised $5.3m from LDA which after paying the establishment fee of $4m raised a net $1.3m. And they granted LDA 71m free options.
    It is and was a disastrous deal for shareholders. Heads must roll for this incompetence.
    The LDA facility must never be used again. It will never raise $200m ever as it is volume reliant and it never happens ever.
