the more I think about it and go back and read that announcement the more in my opinion it was worded that way intentionally. Bryan said they tried raising before but it was difficult, did these funds they approached say the market cap is too high for their investment at this stage of development ? I dunno but it could make sense. all in my opinion. and all a theory.
