If sp shot up to 40c on NEWS of JV or take-over or off-take agreements, don't blame management because Bryan has given all of us many hints on multiple occasions of strong interest from investors to "either invest directly in the company and/or the project".

So, don't try to shift the blame onto management if one of those things happens. It is each individual's responsibility to research, to read between the lines, and to draw a conclusion for himself or herself.

The fact that chairman Dave Woodall is hanging on to his role as a chairman for 5mil options at average excercise price of $1 and the fact that the new executive director Tony McGrady is working for a mearge $50k annual fee in exchange for 5mil options at average excercise price of 85c per share is telling all shareholders they see what most people don't see or don't accept to see for themselves.

After the CR which is believe is already arranged by CITI for a big client to move in (plus what they already bought so far and is still accumulating) is done immediately after the AGM, a flurry of updates including the list of LOIs of more than 60mil tons of intended purchase, and then possibly 1st off-take announcent, will be released. Sp will easily shoot back to 40c range and a predator will throw in its take-over offer at 60c-80c.

There are compelling reasons for me to think so.
