The 5.044mil sell order is a clear attempt to accumulate more cheap shares. No one stupid enough trying to sell 5mil shares in 1 go like that.
The question is who is that 5.044mil share owner?
From the Top20 list I can only see it must be Brispot Nominee. The Top20 list was out on 17th Nov, that means the data was based on 2 days earlier which is 15th Nov. Brispot Nominees could have bought more to bring their total holdings to 5.044mil shares or more today and they use it to cap the sp at 11c to help them buy more or at least hold the sp from advancing higher.
Brispot Nominees by its record usually appeared on a stock just before it received a take-over offer.
