it is very very interesting they haven't released list of offtake LOIs ... there is no need to wait to get permission from all parties to make thier name public..
they can even post it on thier website and update the list as they continue to receive permissions...
I think there is must be a very strong reason to withheld this information because it may include one of the party that is interested to buy HIO or form a JV but confidentiality agreement prevents them.. aimo
