I am guessing a joint venture type of mine development strategy with Mitsui on board as the key partner contributing upfront capital cost. Remember in the recent radio interview Bryan said it is highly likely the funding could come from overseas. The hiring of Glenn Vassallo adds up well and he must be tasked to get this done. We may see announcement towards end of this year if My speculation is right.
