HIO are not following such a script although their share price is bouncing according to belief (BoD and holders) in their product potential. In other words, the reasons we follow a similar trace to the example in the video are different.
The HIO debacle is not deliberately orchestrated. It is incompetence and inexperience that is moving our price trace.
