Secondly, the company started out as a multi-commodity explorer, and took the decision to rebrand itself from Carpentaria Exploration to Hawsons Iron to focus on this one monster magnetite discovery, the opposite of what is being described in the video. Then the company has done a significant amount of drilling, has delivered a PFS, a defined recourse, a resource upgrade, an off take with Mitsui (which has been cancelled due to the "instability of the previous jv partner), but has since retained 100% interest in the project, and restarted off take and/or JV negotiations to the point where they have announced LOI's of 58mta, and have announced their expectation to finalize the JV by June, and have already entered into a binding agreement with Flinders port, which Flinders would finance, own and operate, so no, that video does not apply to HIO in the slightest...
