this co. is dead as far as I can see, CAPEX still looking at close to $2Bill. why would a JV partner fund this amount for 50% profit when he can buy this co. for a $140mill , that's twice its current mrkt. cap and take all the profits, the likes of Tran bailed out knowing its game over for HIO, incompetent leadership
