This is not just a Grazien incompetence issue, it is a whole other BOD issue for failing to act to tip him out.
It is very common for poor performance less than what we see here to lean on the head honcho to go. That alone would kick the SP back above 10c.
The BOD know what the problems are and they have the info they need. The reports they have include those from the best of the best advice for the BFS and then Citi was engaged to look at the numbers going forward.
Even with a partner coming on board the market is not going to support this mob with the current BOD or even half of it.
