also, it is sometime better to build your own infrastructure from scratch.. look at flinder mines (FMS:ASX) which has a huge iron ore asset in great location but these big IO miner don't want to share infrastructure with minnows like flinders.. that project is stalled for decades for same reason..
hawsons open up opportunity ( by unlocking whole breamer region) for next big IO mining company after Rio, bhp, fmg and vale..
