Ok, so BOA borrowed 50mill shares from Regal, most likely to short.

BOA have probably sold off a fair amount already having borrowed a large amount on May 12 and some high-volume selloffs earlier in the month and yesterday/today.

The quandary for the rest of us is that Regal and BOA (particularly) likely have a strong sentiment that there will be no positive news in the short term for HIO - I hope they don't know something we don't.

Upcoming timeline:

Even if there is an ounce of positivity re: the economic improvements it will probably be insignificant to move the SP and we will have to wait until end of year to hear about the drilling completion. I doubt they will release announcements as each drilling stage is completed.
