Regal has sold 20 million shares this month (august), I reckon they have the same amount left to sell in September .. They have eked the stock out in such a fashion this year that they will be finished selling by the time HIO needs more money. HIO haven't got an updated investor presentation put together yet, so no doubt Regal will be the only funding available. Any good news around drilling will just be ignored in this environment
