The technicals are always very clear here, SELL . You would never buy HIO because of the chart the last 10 months. 4 cents is very obvious resistance (100 day MA), and capped with ease despite nothing on the offer. 8-(
Additionally I still think Regal has around 10 million shares to sell , which they are leaving for month-end/ quarter end. And the very critical thing for these large projects, bond yields have to stop rising . Oh, and HIO newsflow is notoriously the absolute bare minimum
