Probably technicals if it was my guess.
Also I strongly question the leadership team but the resource is undeniable and its a matter of time. When the stock starts moving and entry is so good its hard to turn down. The risk reward is very good even with a lack of faith. They only have to look like they are making progress for this to fly.
