The chart is quite shocking, volume is pathetic, but that doesn't mean it can't collapse when it wants to. Resistance is as big as it gets 4.5/4.7 . This is not the set up HIO should have heading into a capital raise ... Hard to see how the horribly delayed investor pack will produce enough interest quickly enough to offset the cash burn
