Broken Hill miners waiting, waiting, for HIO to kick off, not. The days of Broken Hill having experienced miners available are long gone. In any event they were underground miners, not open pit except for Potosie circa 2000 and that ceased about that time (2000)
Broken Hill is a resource if HIO gets going but for housing and miscellaneous infrastructure associated with a run down was once a city, not for spare miners.
