The most reliable sign that HIO will not move anywhere is your@That Fundamental Guy harping that it will. Have not been right in 11 years lad, cannot see that changing.
But I live in hope. Hope that you will post that HIO is in a bad way and looking like going sub 2.5c or similar. Then I know it will be a buy signal.
