love to see a monthly close above 2.3/2.4 cents, the monthly highs so far . The move below that level this month on volume has come as a big surprise!!, the top 20 has been accumulating , so who has that amount of stock to sell ?, must be a dealer network or something that manages for many accounts . There is actually room for a pretty impressive rally if HIO can inch higher, monthly MACD giving a nice buy signal (very similar set-up as MGT), we await the catalyst.
