The Australia market values Australian based projects very highly for obvious geo-political reasons. And in Australia "always" follow the government support/money, and HIO has this in spades. So HIO could become a real mover if private capital joins the party, and that seems close to happening.
Technically really need a solid break & close above 3 cents, the vicious dump below there yesterday suggests sustained life above 3 cents will be tricky, buy dips towards 2 cents is the strategy
