Revy is resisting the temptation to raise, most Pennies would have been raising the next day after a pop. Revy doing what he said would and producing something he can market to potential JV partners, he's made it very clear there is a European party that is interested in being involved, I'm sure he is front of them as we speak, among others.
Buy dips to 2.0 cents, or if it can get a toehold back above 3 cent
