The pump from 1.4 cents to 4 cents is because something is going on behind the scenes that is very HIO specific. Many times I've seen a share price pump higher and assumed it was just traders, but then learn much later that there had been talks etc going on. Revy has said he will be in front of strategic investors once he has the business plan, and assume he is . If that fails then yes we will see the dump
