It is very significant data. I don't know whether others pay attention to it or not but for me it is a very strong signal that big investors are buying and building their positions in HIO.
So, the big boys have been creating smoke and mirrors to fool us all with their tiny quantity buy and sell transactions all day but in fact they have been scooping up many shares.
