Hi Rick, I'm not in the other one, got stopped out at 7c when it unexpectedly reversed course. I noticed it bounced off the 65 EMA, a common support level and usually also at 62% retrace.

With MFI, my usual use for it is as a cross-check if a breakout / bullish crossover has high probability of success or not, e.g. if there's a bullish 10/25 ema cross but MFI is falling, I'd hold fire until it lines up.
I also check if MFI is overbought should RSI is red hot ( > 80), if MFI looks steady, I'm not in a rush to sell. Apart from these, I don't rely on MFI much.

I use MACDs extensively in my trade-vesting instead.
