If they don't know how much fundings they need, where they get the fundings from, how likely they can get the fundings through feedbacks from off-take negotiations and talking to the financiers.
(Note: "we are talking to major international banks and Export Credit Agencies" from update about 6 weeks ago).

Do you think they don't know about fundings and go ahead and signed MOU with Flinders Ports Pty Ltd for the construction of My Ponie Point port? Do you think they double their production target to 20mtpa without even thinking about CAPEX fundings? Do you think they hired 12 different specialists to help them bring this project to production without thinking about funding options?
