    fundamentally once all gets approved and the financing structure is good I think 20% is very conservative ( I reckon 400m 25% NPV at least) but agree 28-30 is a good target - let's hope we can get the govt agreement bust through previous highs and get near there on this 3rd attempt! Bring it on
