price being capped on purpose

    Someone is trying to cap it at 1.635 to 1.64.

    Each time 1.635 is cleared there is a small dump.

    However, there are good buyers at 1.63. This is happening since morning.

    Could be normal trading and I could be wrong.

    Once it clears 1.645 it could touch $2 as there is a big gap. This may happen either late today or tomorrow.
