    someone with about $200000 cash is trying to move the price up periodically. I don't think it's working for him. There is a biggish lump of sellers who bought in at 10.5 +/- and that's what's holding it back. Another day or two hovering before any further moves IMO. A lot depends on the DJIA and Ords for direction. Both are bearish right now.
