It is quite understandable that a bit of decent selling has materialised. The stock has risen quickly so a near term profit for some while others are finally not underwater for the first time in a long time and thus eager to get out.
The US deal has significant commercial value and looks to be done at a very attractive price. A bit of exploration ahead also. Once this selling is done it should again be on the move.
