    No not all insiders.
    That was a decent volume spike and a large single day increase in share price.

    Why would you you pay +20% on price if you didnt think it was worth that - Cause you know its worth it.

    ITD has typically behaved this way and a large price increase on decent volume indciates insiders and news.
    News may take time to come thorugh - but magically when the event in the news occurred it happens to fall on or just after the date of the event.
