Even at the crashed Iron Ore price, VMS is still very profitable and unlike BHP, RIO and FMG, we don’t need to be the iron ore sale margin immediately as our iron ore shipment volume is relatively low, we need it in 2-3 months and up to 1.5 years.
The iron price at a given time doesn’t change VMS. It’s the average iron ore price for the next 1.5 years that matters.
