Yeah, we would all love to operate in a free market with full information...but there's the rub...you never make any money out of taking a position in a stock once all the information is in...because the market has beat you to the punch.
I've said it many times...if you want to know everything about a stock before jumping in, better stick with the blue chips. Juniors have inherent risk, which is why they have some an enormous potential upside.
If you look at the tea leaves and feel that IO will plummet (and stay there) for the next 2 years, then sell. Simple.
Personally, I believe it will stabilise (and potentially rise again) due to the pipeline of stimulus projects globally, so I'm staying put. Good luck.
