We'll definitely have the news about the commencement of the phase11b trials by Xmas since the company has already stated they will commence sometime this quarter so what the share price will by then be will partly depend on what effect this news and other possible developments (eg divestment of more non core asstes or Orphan Drug Status application to the FDA ) have on the market.
My estimate is that the sp will be around 30c by Xmas or more if there are other positive developments by then.
