    Pardon my ignorance but where is this announcement re the 10% discount in relation to springtree.

    I was thinking maybe it related to the note in the SPP in relation to the "lesser price" in note 6 under the terms and conditions of the SPP
    Or the terms and conditions can not be changed after publication

    I honestly dont know.

    Any advice would be appreciated
